HOW TO RETURN THE GOODS?

You have 14 days from the delivery date to return an item. If you wish to proceed with the return, please complete the form available at https://T161.com/returns and send the package with a proof of purchase to the following address:

The returned items can not be worn and should have all the tags in place.
The return form can be downloaded at https://T161.com/returns
We will refund you within 14 business days from the arrival of the product to our warehouse.
The customer covers the cost of returning the products. If the ordered product included an NFT that you have already minted, please first contact our customer service department at info@T161.com to get the wallet address to which you should send back the NFT. If you are unable to return the NFT, the refund will not be processed.
We do not offer exchanges of products.

Damaged Goods

We try to prevent situations in which a damaged or incomplete product is shipped. However, if you have received a defective product, please write to info@T161.com so that we can react as soon as possible and provide you with a new product.

Once we receive the item, we will get in touch with you via email within 14 business days to notify you regarding your request.
