Delivery Questions

We carry out domestic deliveries using the InPost Courier, and foreign deliveries are delivered by FedEx. When placing the order, all information regarding costs is provided.

Delivery costs are calculated individually for the selected country when placing the order.

The delivery time in Poland is 1-3 business days. International shipments are delivered within 3 to 6 business days.

Returns & Complaints Questions

You can return the product up to 14 days after receiving the order. The returned goods must not have any signs of use and must have original tags. Discounts Questions

You can use the discount code in the cart when placing the order. Enter the code in the „Click here to enter your code” and click „Enter”.

If the discount code includes products added to the cart, the order amount will be reduced accordingly.

Remember: to receive the discount, the discount code must be used when placing the order. If you place an order without using a discount code, we will not be able to add the discount to a paid order.
